SLV GridOps

WooCommerce operations at spreadsheet speed — with an undo button.

Bulk-edit your whole catalog in a fast grid. Run your fulfillment desk from one screen. Count shelves, cut purchase orders, and catch silent stock errors. Every change is reviewed before it saves and undoable after — a 300-product mistake is a two-click recovery, not a restore-from-backup evening.

✓ Core is free forever ✓ 14-day Pro trial, no card ✓ 14-day money-back guarantee ✓ HPOS compatible

Bulk editors have a horror-story problem. We built the fix.

Read any competitor's one-star reviews and it's the same story: one wrong bulk edit, a destroyed catalog, and an evening restoring backups. GridOps is designed so that story can't happen to you.

Review before save

Nothing saves as you type. Edits collect as highlighted pending changes, and you review exactly what will change — old value → new value, with warnings for anything risky — before hitting Save.

Undo any save

Every save lands in an edit History. Undo one product or the entire batch with one click — previous values restored through the same validation as a normal save. Trashed products come back too.

Autosave — with undo

Prefer the Shopify flow? Flip ⚡ Autosave and grid edits save as you leave each cell — and still land in History, so one-click undo keeps working. No other editor offers autosave with a safety net.

Four tools. One GridOps menu. Built from a real warehouse.

SLV GridOps grew out of running a real fulfillment operation on WooCommerce — the interface is simple enough for warehouse and retail staff on day one, with guardrails that protect the store from honest mistakes.

The catalog, as a grid

Spreadsheet-style bulk editing for products and variations, plus a Shopify-style product page for deep work.

  • Every field inline: prices, sale windows, cost, SKU, barcode, stock, categories, brands, attributes, descriptions, dimensions
  • Variations expand in-grid as first-class rows — select and bulk-edit only variations
  • Custom taxonomies from other plugins (Vendor, Condition…) as real editable columns
  • Bulk actions: multi-field edit, price adjust by % or amount, find & replace, terms — across every product matching your filters
  • Organization page: categories, tags, brands & attributes managed in one place
  • Stock log: every movement with before → after, source, and who
  • SEO bridge: Yoast / Rank Math / SEOPress fields, edited in place
  • Variation Repair: one click un-ghosts broken-migration variations WooCommerce can’t sell

Free forever: the entire grid — every field, all bulk actions, CSV export. Pro adds History & undo, CSV import, saved views, meta columns, variation generation, scheduled price changes.

GridOps Orders icon
GridOps Orders

The fulfillment desk

Process orders at speed: queues, statuses, printing, customers — one fast screen with the same safety net.

  • Work-queue chips with live counts; colour-coded rows; "containing product" filter the native admin never had
  • Custom order statuses your integrations understand: the gate keeps unverified orders invisible to ShipHero-class feeds; aliases present them as statuses services expect
  • Packing slips, invoices, shipment records — bulk print and an aggregated pick list for the morning run
  • Complete order page: notes timeline, tracking, emails card with re-send (every send logged)
  • Customers page: guest + account merged by email, lifetime value, full customer pages, merge duplicate identities after imports
  • "Don't email customers" toggle on bulk status changes — with a per-order audit note

Free forever: the full order desk, order page, single-order printing, customers, CSV. Pro adds custom statuses + gate/aliases, History & undo, saved views, scheduled rules, bulk printing & pick lists.

GridOps Stock icon
GridOps Stock

The inventory desk

Trustworthy stock numbers: counts with a review step, purchase orders your supplier can read, and a drift detector for silent errors.

  • Stock takes with blind printable count sheets and barcode-jump entry — every difference reviewed old → new before anything changes, adjustments land as one undoable batch
  • Drift detector: flags stock that changed outside WooCommerce, one click starts a recount
  • Purchase orders pre-filled from what’s low — inbound-aware, so you never double-order — with branded print and email-to-supplier
  • Partial-friendly receiving; received costs feed WooCommerce Cost of Goods
  • Reorder intelligence: stockout-aware velocity, “~N days left”, suggested quantities
  • Lots & expiry with COA links — and the Recall button: every order that might contain a lot, with CSV export and customer emails

Free forever: counts (one open at a time), the full stock ledger, the drift detector, and suppliers. Pro adds unlimited counts, purchase orders + receiving, reorder intelligence, and lots & Recall.

GridOps Shop Filters icon
GridOps Shop Filters · Free

Storefront filtering, configured with your eyes open

A filter sidebar for your shop — built in an admin with a live preview of the real thing.

  • Live preview with your actual terms and counts — no more "save, check the shop, go back, repeat"
  • Elementor-friendly: a query-ID bridge with plain-English steps, proven on a live store
  • Neutral CSS with variables, accent-colour inputs, accessible focus states, dark-theme knob
  • Price, category, attribute, brand, stock and rating filters

100% free. Part of the suite's shared GridOps home screen.

Every feature answers a real complaint.

We built GridOps from the review pages of the tools it replaces — every cluster of one-star complaints got a shipped, tested answer.

Variations are the product

"Variable products are second-class" — not here. Variations expand under their parents, get their own drawers (barcode, cost, sale window, dimensions), and the product page hides irrelevant parent fields entirely.

Filter, then edit everything

Select all N matching products across every page and run any bulk action — computed server-side from live data, one confirmed run, one undoable History batch. Breadth, with a safety story live-edit tools can't tell.

Orders held until you say go

Age-gate or fraud-hold store? Gated statuses are invisible to webhooks and REST feeds — orders can't reach the warehouse until released, then flow out as fresh orders. Verified on both WooCommerce storage backends every release.

Inventory disputes, settled

The Stock log records every movement — before → after, ± delta, and the source: Order #1234, restock, admin, API, storefront. When your sync tool and your shelf disagree, you get a timestamped answer.

A product editor from this decade

WooCommerce's metabox maze, replaced: media in place, organization as pills, everything editable in one visual hierarchy. New products start from an essentials modal, not twelve tabs.

Count the shelf, trust the number

Blind count sheets — no expected quantities to anchor to — and a variance review before a single number changes. A sale that lands mid-count is caught and re-flagged, never silently overwritten.

Ordering that knows what’s inbound

The PO wizard pre-fills from what’s low, subtracts what’s already on order, and computes velocity from days you could actually sell — so you order what you’ll need, not double what you already bought.

Zero nags

No review begging, no upsell interstitials — and GridOps screens strip other plugins' admin notices too, so your operations pages stay clean. Locked Pro features show a 🔒 and explain themselves; nothing breaks on free.

Simple annual plans. Founding pricing while it lasts.

Every Pro plan: 14-day free trial (no card), 14-day money-back guarantee, and your Pro features keep working even if you later let the license lapse — you only lose updates and support.

Not ready to pay? Don't. The core of every GridOps plugin is free forever — the entire editing grid, the full order desk, and all of Shop Filters. No teaser tiers, no time bombs. Install free from WordPress.org and upgrade only if the ops layer earns it.

Questions, answered straight.

What exactly is free, and what's the catch?

No catch. The entire editing grid (every field, every bulk action, CSV export), the full order-processing desk (grid, order page, printing, customers, CSV), the working inventory desk (stock counts with variance review, the full stock ledger, the drift detector, suppliers), and all of Shop Filters are free forever. Pro is purely the operations layer on top — history & undo, imports, saved views, custom statuses, scheduling, bulk printing, purchase orders, lots & Recall. Locked features show a 🔒 and explain themselves; nothing breaks on free.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Start it from inside the plugin or from this page — no credit card required. You get every Pro feature for 14 days. If you don't buy, the plugin simply returns to the (fully functional) free tier.

What happens if I stop renewing?

Your Pro features keep working. An expired license stops updates and support — it doesn't take features away from a store that depends on them.

What does "founding price locked for life" mean?

Suite early-access members keep their join price for as long as they keep renewing, even as the suite grows and the public price rises. New GridOps products are included in the Suite as they ship — at no added cost to founders.

Does it work with my setup?

GridOps is fully compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and runs happily alongside page builders like Elementor, SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress — with in-place field editing), fulfillment integrations like ShipHero, and age-verification services. It's tested against a live production store on every release.

What about refunds?

14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, no questions asked. (And inside WooCommerce, order refunds deliberately stay on the native screen wired to your payment gateway — money movement belongs there, one click away.)

Who's behind this?

SLV GridOps is built by Silverback Distro — we run our own WooCommerce fulfillment operation, and these are the tools our own warehouse uses every day. Checkout, licensing, and billing are handled securely by Freemius.
